Child care is provided for parents or legal guardians who are in the workforce, continuing their education or in training to become employed. Applicants must meet the income guidelines to be eligible and submit all required documents (such as an application, employment or training verification, income verification, birth certificates for all children, and certificate of Indian blood). The parent or legal guardian and the provider chosen must also submit an 477 Integrated Application, the provider must submit to a complete background check and have no domestic violence or felonies on their record; the provider must also complete a 1090 for tax purposes.
Eligible Child Care Procedure
Following the approval of the application a parent and provider must submit a provider time sheet and the parent must submit their employment time sheet.
Time sheets are due on Friday every two weeks (see Accounts Payable schedule)
