If you're hesitant to call 911 during an emergency, you risk the situation getting out of control. Don't let fear prevent you from getting the assistance you need
when it matters most.
THE GOALS OF THE VPSO PROGRAM ARE:

Create Safer and Healthier Villages

Build Trust and Strong Relationships
With Tribal Members

Provide Timely and Effective
Emergency Responses

MEET THE VPSOs
The Village Public Safety Officer (VPSO) program, supported by CRNA, is dedicated to protecting our tribal communities.

Our team is comprised of native and dedicated Alaskans who are committed to building relationships in the villages we serve. It’s our community too; as locals we want the best for our villages and neighbors.

We understand the unique challenges of rural living and the importance of timely responses. With state training, EMT certifications, and over 40 years of experience, we are equipped to handle emergencies effectively.
