At CRNA’s Tribal Community Services, we know that you want to move forward in your life confidently. To do that, you may need assistance with personal and professional tasks such as job applications, resumes, cover letters, or state and federal grant applications. The problem is the application systems change quickly. Hiring processes, digital forms and unfamiliar or legal requirements may leave you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or inadequate.
TCS believes everyone who wants to work or advance their life should have the resources and help to succeed. We understand that life isn’t linear, and gaps in work experience happen. Not everyone fits inside the typical “job description” boxes. You are unique, and so are your skill sets, experiences, and talents.
Our team wants to meet you where you are and assist you in moving forward to the next level, which is why we offer you the professional help you need. Tribal Community Services at CRNA understands how to liaison and work through professional and legal processes. We help you move forward and avoid wasting time waiting for documents and approvals. TCS knows how “the system” works and we have a convenient location, space, and tribal support to assist you with potential funding and grants. Our team works to find programs that can pay for your professional training too. We work with technical schools throughout Alaska to help you get certified in a variety of trades. CRNA can help you reach the certifications unions are searching for. We want to see the advancement of our tribal members and look forward to assisting our beneficiaries.
