Behavioral Health Aide Trainee – Mentasta
This position is based in Mentasta and provides community‑support and clinically supervised behavioral health services to residents of the village. The defined scope of practice provides services to village residents, including, but not limited to, prevention, early intervention, case management, aftercare and follow-up for individuals and families impacted by a variety of behavioral health and addiction services and other issues in the communities of the Copper River Region. This role will include a developing scope of community‑based services for Elders and youth. These elements will be implemented thoughtfully over time. Specific activities will be determined through ongoing assessment of community needs and available resources.
