Behavioral Health services are subject to individual insurance allowances. Please contact our front office to discuss coverage and any limitations.

To initiate Behavioral Health services please call (907) 822-8833 to speak with our Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will schedule an intake appointment followed by an appointment with a provider.

At the first appointment you will meet with a Behavioral Health Aide (BHA) that will walk you through the intake process. This can take 30-60 minutes depending on the individual needs for each client. During this process the BHA will obtain demographic information, mental health history, and identify barriers to care which can affect the healing process. After meeting with the BHA you will see a provider for your first therapeutic appointment.

When calling Behavioral Health for your initial intake mention if you would like a specific provider. We will do our best to accommodate all requests.
