Donna Renard - Vice President Candidate

Donna Marie Renard, 58, is a Tribal Member of the Native Village of Tazlina and has raised her family here in the Copper River Region. Donna is a nominee for the seat of Vice Chair of Copper River Native Association, Board of Directors. 

In 1977, Donna began on the job training with the CRNA’s, Comprehensive Employment & Training Act (CETA) Program.  She has education, work experience specializing in Geriatric residential and home health care. 

 In 2008, Donna served as the Vice Chair on the CRNA Board of Directors.  Throughout the years, Donna has held various positions within the CRNA Organization as Department Director in Health and Tribal Community Services.  Donna, from 2009 to 2014 served on the Alaska Statewide Community Health Aide/Practitioner (CHAP) Directors (subcommittee of the Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium), she served on the Review and Approval Committee charged with routine CHAP Training Center Assessments.  

Donna continues to reside in the Copper River Region and is a customer/owner of the Copper River Native Association.  Currently, she is employed with the Native Village of Tazlina as the Indian Child Welfare Coordinator/CARES/Administrative Assistant.  

If elected, Donna will serve the Customer/Owners of CRNA with the most upright and honorable manner possible.
